Unilateral workbench assembly line: Only set up a workbench on one side of the belt, reserve a channel or connect other equipment on the other side, suitable for workshops with limited space (such as electronic component plug-in processes), or scenarios where manual intervention is required on one side and automatic feeding is required on the other side, balancing operational requirements and space utilization.
Ceiling light rack assembly line: Install a ceiling style light rack (equipped with LED lighting or explosion-proof lights) above the belt, and integrate air pipes and wire trays to provide lighting and energy support for workstations, especially suitable for precision assembly (such as phone screen fitting) or workshops with insufficient light, reducing the clutter of additional wiring.
Circular assembly line: The belt is connected at the beginning and end to form a closed loop, which is distributed along the loop with multiple workstations to achieve the circulation of materials (such as parts passing through the loading, assembly, testing, and unloading processes in sequence). It is suitable for small batch and multi process production (such as toy assembly), reducing material folding and handling, and improving process coherence.
