The temperature control is divided into three stages: "preheating - curing - cooling". The curing process is stable and controllable, with small color differences and clear patterns in the silk-screened finished products, improving the appearance quality of the products. The curing time can be flexibly adjusted to adapt to different types of low-temperature inks and meet the diverse requirements of screen printing processes.

Mesh belt tunnel furnace (high-temperature screen printing) The high-temperature curing environment is suitable for the silk-screen printing requirements of components such as stainless steel pot bodies and metal bases. The ink can deeply adhere to the metal surface, is wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant, and the marking has a long service life. The hot air circulation heating system ensures uniform temperature inside the furnace, preventing local leakage or over-curing of metal parts during silk-screen printing and curing, and ensuring high consistency of the finished products. There are two heating methods: combustible gas and electric heating. The heating mode with lower energy consumption can be selected according to the production capacity demand, reducing production costs.

It can precisely convey products to the designated workstations, enhancing the accuracy of process connections.
