Double-speed chain assembly line: As the core conveying system of the production line, it adopts a structure that combines aluminum alloy guide rails with tooling plates and can adjust the speed through frequency conversion control. The electric baking tray assembly precisely flows along with the tooling board to each workstation. When it reaches the operation point, it automatically stops. After assembly is completed, it is quickly transferred to the next process, meeting the demands of large-scale continuous production.

The automatic test section of the robotic arm: Equipped with a high-precision robotic arm, it performs dual detection tasks. One is to automatically press and test the sensitivity and functional effectiveness of the control button of the electric baking tray. The other is to simulate dry burning conditions to detect the stability of the temperature control system, replacing manual operation to reduce the error rate. ​

The cooling section of the air curtain machine: After the electric baking tray is tested, it enters this area. The air curtain machine forms a uniform air flow curtain, quickly reducing the surface temperature of the baking tray to a safe range, avoiding the impact of high temperature on subsequent processes, while ensuring operational safety and the service life of the equipment. ​

Automatic box opening and packaging section: It integrates functions such as box opening, packing, and sealing. First, the equipment automatically forms and seals the bottom of the flat carton. Then, the cooled electric baking tray is transferred to the box and sealed with tape. Some parts can be connected with labeling and palletizing modules to achieve full automation of finished product packaging. ​
