Belt conveyor line
Using belts as the conveying carrier, it is suitable for lightweight or flexible materials such as boards and decorative fabrics in furniture production. It features adjustable conveying speed, smooth operation and low noise, and can prevent the surface of materials from being scratched. It is often used in processes such as surface pretreatment of furniture and transfer after painting.

Roller conveyor line
It is composed of a power roller, a bracket and a drive device. The core material is conveyed by the rotation of the roller. Cabinet frames suitable for transporting furniture, assembled semi-finished products and other heavy regular components. Its layout is flexible, facilitating subsequent assembly operations, and it has low maintenance costs. When damaged, the roller can be replaced separately.

Chain plate conveyor line
The conveying surface is made by splicing metal or plastic chain plates and is driven by a chain to run. It has an extremely strong load-bearing capacity and can handle heavy or irregular materials such as heavy-duty solid wood raw materials and metal furniture brackets in furniture production. This equipment has good environmental adaptability, can withstand high temperatures and is not easily damaged. It can also be directly washed with water. It is suitable for conveying materials after processes with a lot of dust such as furniture sanding. However, the chain needs to be lubricated regularly to ensure operation.
 

Pneumatic lifting platform
Vertical lifting is achieved by cylinder drive, and some are also equipped with transmission components such as rollers. In furniture production, it is often used in conjunction with equipment such as cold presses. For instance, when processing door panels, materials can be sent into the processing area and then raised to a predetermined height. After processing, they can be lowered for transfer. It is also applicable to processes such as sofa finishing and gluing. It can adjust its height through a foot valve and maintain its position even when the gas supply is stopped. This can significantly reduce the intensity of manual handling of heavy objects and improve processing efficiency.
