The equipment adopts a precise design of four-turntable step-by-step operation, with seamless connection of each link, achieving full-process automation from accessory input to finished product output.
- Turntable One: Responsible for the initial inspection of Angle valve accessories, precisely testing the qualification of the screw threads on both sides of the product. Each side is repeatedly inspected twice to ensure the reliability of the inspection results. Non-conforming products will be automatically identified and removed from the production line to prevent them from flowing into subsequent processes.
- Turntable Two: Four core automatic assembly stations are set up to successively complete key assembly processes such as valve core installation, valve core tightening, cap installation, and automatic screw driving. The actions of each station are precisely coordinated to ensure assembly accuracy and consistency. Non-conforming products in this stage will also be automatically screened out.
- Turntable Three: Equipped with eight leak detection stations, a comprehensive sealing performance test is conducted on the Angle valves after assembly. Leak detection tests are carried out in both closed and open states to comprehensively identify sealing hazards and ensure that the products meet the safety standards for use.
- Turntable Four: Complete the final process of the finished product, automatically label qualified products, and achieve automatic discharging, neatly outputting the finished products, further reducing manual intervention.
