Sofa production line: flexible conveying adapted to modular assembly
The sofa production line is centered around "modular assembly" and is connected to frame production, sponge filling, fabric wrapping, and other processes through flexible conveying equipment. It mainly consists of the following equipment:
Belt conveyor: using anti slip belts (such as PVC material) to transport sofa frames and semi-finished components. The surface of the belt is flat and evenly load-bearing, avoiding wear on the edges and corners of the frame; It can be designed with the layout of the production line as a straight or curved conveyor, connecting different workstations (such as nail rack workstation → sponge pasting workstation).
Roller conveyor: used for conveying heavy solid wood frames or finished sofas. The roller is made of wear-resistant metal material with strong bearing capacity (single roller can bear up to 100-200kg), making it convenient for workers to flip and position during the conveying process.
Pneumatic lifting table: installed at key workstations (such as fabric wrapping and hardware installation), the table is lifted and lowered through pneumatic control, adapting to the operational needs of workers of different heights, reducing bending labor, and improving assembly efficiency.
Material trolley: equipped with multiple shelves for transporting scattered materials such as fabrics, sponge blocks, hardware accessories, etc. It can move flexibly with the production line to ensure timely supply of materials to each workstation.
Production line features: flexible process connection, suitable for mass production of multiple styles and sizes of sofas, reducing semi-finished product handling time and improving assembly continuity through the coordination of conveying equipment.
