Soft bed production line: efficient circulation to meet the processing of large components
The soft bed production line is designed for the production needs of large components such as bed frames and mattress frames. The equipment composition is similar to that of a sofa production line, but focuses more on stable transportation and positioning of large components. The core equipment includes:
Belt conveyor: Use wide width belts (usually 1.2-2m) to transport large items such as bed frame frames and soft pack side panels. A baffle can be installed on the surface of the belt to prevent the components from slipping, which is suitable for the long dimensions (1.8-2.2m) of the bed frame.
Roller conveyor: used for preliminary inspection and transportation of bed frames after assembly. The roller spacing is increased (50-80mm) to ensure stable placement of large bed frames and avoid shaking and deformation during transportation.
Pneumatic lifting platform: used at workstations such as soft package pasting and headboard installation, it can lift the bed frame to a suitable height, making it easy for workers to perform fine operations on the side and top of the bed frame and improve processing accuracy.
Material trolley: Adopting a reinforced design, it is used to transport heavy materials such as mattress liners and solid wood bed legs. Some trolleys are equipped with brake devices and can be temporarily parked next to the workstation as a temporary storage platform for materials.
Production line features: Focusing on stable transportation and convenient operation of large components, adapting to the "wide body, heavy" characteristics of soft beds through equipment combination, reducing manual handling intensity, and improving assembly efficiency.
