Mattress Production Line: Automated Equipment Dominates Forming and Stacking
The mattress production line is a highly automated furniture production line, designed around processes such as spring assembly, cushion layer lamination, fabric wrapping, and finished product stacking. Key equipment includes:
Powered roller conveyor: As the main conveying equipment, it carries semi-finished mattress products (such as spring cores and cushion layer assemblies) between various processes. The rollers are driven by motors, and the conveying speed can be synchronized with subsequent equipment (e.g., matching the speed of the flipping machine) to ensure smooth mattress transfer.
Lifting and Rotating Machine: Installed in front of the fabric wrapping station, this machine lifts the mattress via a lifting mechanism and rotates it (0-360°), facilitating workers' edge wrapping operations around the mattress and reducing the physical strain of manual flipping.
Turning Machine: Used for flipping the front and back sides of semi-finished mattresses, achieving smooth rotation (180° flip angle) via mechanical arms or turning frames to prevent mattress deformation caused by manual flipping, suitable for various types such as spring mattresses and latex mattresses.
Mattress Stacking Machine: Automates the stacking of finished mattresses at the end of the production line. It locates mattress positions via sensors and uses robotic arms or lifting platforms to stack mattresses layer by layer (typically 3-5 layers), saving storage space and reducing damage risks associated with manual stacking.
Production Line Features: The production line replaces manual heavy-duty operations with automated equipment, focusing on "molding precision" and "stacking efficiency" in mattress production, making it suitable for standardized, large-scale mattress manufacturing scenarios.
