Drum tunnel furnace: stable under heavy load, suitable for large and irregular parts
Structural features: The conveying system consists of multiple sets of parallel arranged metal rollers (made of stainless steel or heat-resistant steel material), which rotate synchronously through chain linkage and carry animal materials along the tunnel. The spacing between rollers can be adjusted (usually 50-200mm), and a single roller can support a load of up to 50-500kg, making it suitable for heavy-duty material transportation. The heating methods are mostly electric heating or gas heating, combined with side air ducts to achieve hot air circulation.
Core advantages:
The drum conveyor has strong bearing capacity and can adapt to large and heavy materials (such as metal sheets and large molds). The materials are in line contact with the drum, reducing bottom heat accumulation and avoiding local overheating;
The gap between the rollers facilitates the penetration of hot air at the bottom, making it suitable for materials that require double-sided heating or irregular parts with protruding structures at the bottom (such as mechanical parts and automotive parts).
