Belt tunnel furnace: flexible conveying, suitable for lightweight small items
Structural features: High temperature resistant belts (such as silicone tape, PTFE tape, and high-temperature canvas tape) are used as the conveying carrier. The belts are driven by a driving motor to run at a constant speed along the tunnel, and are uniformly heated by the hot air circulation system (side blowing or top blowing) inside the tunnel. The belt width can be customized (usually 300-2000mm), and the conveying speed is controlled by frequency conversion (0.5-10mm/min) to meet different heating time requirements.
Core advantages:
The surface of the belt is flat and soft, with good load-bearing stability for lightweight and thin materials such as film, paper, and small electronic components, and is not easily scratched on the material surface;
The contact area between the belt and the material is large, and when combined with hot air circulation, the heating uniformity is strong, making it suitable for temperature sensitive processes such as ink curing and glue drying.
Typical applications:
Electronics industry: drying after soldering circuit boards, painting and curing of mobile phone casings;
Printing and packaging: drying of ink on paper and film, curing of label adhesive;
Food processing: Baking of thin foods such as biscuits and potato chips (requiring food grade belts).
