Mesh belt tunnel furnace: breathable and efficient, suitable for particles and porous parts
Structural features: Metal mesh belts (such as stainless steel woven mesh and chain mesh) are used as conveying carriers. The mesh belts have good breathability, and hot air can penetrate the upper and lower surfaces of the material through the mesh holes, achieving rapid heat exchange. The mesh size (5-50mm) and material (304 stainless steel, high-temperature alloy) of the mesh belt can be selected according to the material characteristics, with a high temperature resistance of over 800 ℃, suitable for high-temperature heating scenarios.

The mesh belt has excellent breathability and a heating efficiency 15% -30% higher than that of a belt tunnel furnace. It is particularly suitable for drying granular or block materials (such as ore and plastic particles) or porous parts (such as filters and heat sinks);
